01 — The Charcoal Grill
Fire and iron
Our kitchen runs on an industrial charcoal grill, not a deep fryer. The result is smoky, charred, and substantial food that stands up to a long poker session. Every plate carries the deep, unmistakable flavour of real fire, giving players something more than a quick snack between hands.

03 — Artisan Coffee & Craft Beer
Stay sharp or unwind
Our bar serves single-origin espresso and filter coffee from a local Sydney roaster, alongside a rotating selection of Australian craft beers. Coffee is available all night; beer is served responsibly.

04 — Table-Side Dining
Never leave the felt
Our floor staff take orders directly at the poker table. Food and drinks are delivered on small trays that fit beside your chip stack. You can eat between hands without disrupting the game.

Raise your hand or catch a floor staff member's eye. Orders are taken verbally at the table, so you never need to leave your seat.

Place your order
Choose from the late-night menu. Staff can recommend items that are easy to eat between hands and will confirm any dietary requirements.

Food arrives table-side
Orders are delivered within 15 minutes during peak hours on trays designed to fit on the table's side rail.

Eat between hands
Please avoid eating during active betting rounds. Between hands is the ideal time to refuel without slowing the game.
05 — Late-Night Hours
Open until the last hand
The kitchen and bar operate during all poker hours: Wednesday to Sunday from 3:00 PM until late. On Monday and Tuesday, the venue is reserved for private poker events, and dining is available only for those bookings.
